1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, purchasing, or using the Pandonymus Workshop software-as-a-service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Pandonymus Workshop is a cloud-based multi-tenant management software designed specifically for electronic device and smartphone repair workshops. The platform provides tools for:
- Repair ticket management, status tracking, and technician assignments.
- Customer registration, communication, and QR-based status lookups.
- Inventory control, parts catalog, stock alerts, and movements.
- Cash register balances, receipt generation, and business performance metrics.
- Dedicated public landing pages and optional AI-powered business analytics.
3. Accounts, Subdomains & Security
When creating a workshop instance, you will select a unique subdomain and provide administrative credentials. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and passwords.
- All activities and data entries performed under your tenant account.
- Promptly notifying our team of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Reserved Names: We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign subdomains that violate trademarks, contain offensive terms, or attempt to impersonate system utilities.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellations
Our Service is offered on subscription plans (e.g. Monthly, Semi-Annual, Annual). All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your prepaid period.
- Refunds: Because instances and infrastructure resources are provisioned immediately upon purchase, fees are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business operations. You agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
- Attempt to breach or bypass multi-tenant database boundaries or security filters.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or redistribute any part of our codebase.
- Launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or overload our server infrastructure.
6. Service Availability & Maintenance
We strive to provide 99.9% platform availability. However, occasional planned maintenance or unscheduled downtime may occur. We maintain automated daily backups to protect your data, but encourage administrators to periodically export essential records.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pandonymus Workshop and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these terms periodically to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
